It makes the Net Neutrality rules read like a Harry Potter novel.
This massive thing hit the FCC’s website late yesterday. There’s even an additional novella in the 60 pages of Appendices, bringing the total page count to 289.
I may go on a spelunking expedition into a small part of this NPRM. Will let you know what I discover.
