NYC-based incubator ER Accelerator is accepting applications for their summer session. As a startup-to-be you get co-working space in their Times Square offices, mentoring (Fred Wilson Esther Dyson,et. al), support, classes, lots of coffee, and, by the way, a $25,000 investment to use however you want.
